How do they get on at this time of year?

Yesterday I rode for about 90 minutes and 'ate' about 20 flying insects of one sort or another

Absolutely fine thanks. Accidentally swallowed a couple today. Not sure what this has to do with the food I actually choose to eat being plant based..
