The cup holder in the 991’s are wonderful pieces of engineering but does anyone know a coffee cup that fits in and won’t fall out when you go round a corner or accelerate???

They are just too shallow for normal cups and it’s right over all the buttons and screens if you get it wrong!

If they can charge you £300+ for painting a plastic key, surely Porsche should have made one that is up to the task I can pay £300 for?

Quite! I had my choice of stuff out of the display cabinets when I picked my new Porsche up so went for the Porsche thermal beakers foolishly assuming they’d be a perfect fit!

I spend more time with between my thighs, always slipping around in the holders to the extent I thinks it’s going to fall out!

I don’t..... But wifey is partial to a Costa.... wink

As long as she opts for a Flat White, we’re generally OK size-wise....

Biggest problem isn’t the depth of the cup-holder: it’s the firmness of the suspension....!! Every bump in the road and brown gloop flies everywhere.....!! Said coffee is now banned from my car....

Man! None of you know how to drive a 911 properly!

DAB radio set just so, heated seats set to toast, rear window wiper on, PDK set to fully auto - perfect!

All you have to do then is move the right foot according to traffic and move the steering with your right hand, your left hand should be free to hold the coffee!

Nothing new there then with the Porsche beakers.

I was given a Porsche Umbrella when I purchased a Boxster GTS fitted in the boot easily.

Moved on to a 911 GTS and there is no where it the car that the umbrella can fit, its too long, rubbish.

Can't go out in the 911 now if its raining as I will get my hair wet............
