Ford Focus (2010) Bumper Dropped Slightly

First post, first car, only been on the road properly a few weeks so please bear with my ignorance!

Got out of my car earlier and noticed the front right bumper wasn't quite as flush to the body as usual. On closer inspection there is a very slight crack just to the front side of the wheel arch. I have absolutely no idea how this has happened as I haven't had any bumps. It's very superficial but incredibly annoying to me!

Can anyone suggest if it's possible to reposition it myself? It only needs to lift a few millimetres, but I haven't a clue how to do it. I'm thinking something has deformed internally?

If I did just take it to a garage, how much would they likely charge?

I’d say you’ve had a gentle nudge in a car park

That doesn’t look factory to me. Perhaps a previous repair which has let go due to fatigue or a light tap when parked up.
