Looking for reviews on the 3.0 tdo with dsg box. I have one but know another who is looking at one and I'm looking at pros and cons

My brother has an A5 with the same running gear and my dad has an A8 with the 3.0tdi but with a ZF8 speed gearbox. The engine is very good, plenty of torque and very refined compared to your boggo 2.0tdi. I would go as far as to say I'd take it over an equally powered 2.0 petrol 4 cylinder. The gearbox is also good however the ZF8 is a little bit smoother, but the shifts are crisp and fast.

Make sure you look for one with the essential tech pack and maybe air suspension for ultimate wafting
