Dodgy car service
Discussion
Hi everyone,
I took my Seat Exeo to the local Seat stealer for a service. They did an oil change, pollen filter, tyres and brake pads. As soon as I drove it the next day I though the fuel economy was down.. Only about 15% but still enough with the amount of miles I do.. I bought the Exeo for the economy. Last night got home and noticed a puddle under my car. Took it back to the dealer this morning and it has a fuel leak.. They think it's a clip on a pipe under the driver seat so they are just replacing that - however there is going to be the inevitable question of whether I have to pay for it. Could it be coincidence that it happened the same day as the service, or could they have knocked it somehow when they were servicing? Any ideas welcome. Thanks in advance
