bumper repair question - pics

Afternoon all,

Some tt has nudged the back bumper (on a current shape MX5 if it makes any difference) and a triangular piece of the bumper by one of the number plate lights has broken off (not recovered). Is this something that can be repaired or will it necessitate a new bumper? If it can be repaired will a "chips away" type outfit be able to carry out this repair or do you think it will need to go into a "proper" bodyshop for repair? Obviously the bumper will need respraying.

Hard to see from the pics, but if a piece is missing then I doubt very much that chipsaway will fix it.
