Mk Golf 1.8T 225 BAM Engine Conversion Kit

Anyone know where to find a complete 225 bam conversion kit for a mk2 golf, been looking around for one without any success. If not could I get a list of the best parts to use,( preferably a 6 speed gearbox). Also which donor car would be better I have a mk1 tt and a Mk1 Cupra R lined up.

OH and a rough budget, as I've seen similar threads on hear with people claiming the minimum cost to do it fully DIY is £4000, I've got the donors both low mileage for under £1000.
