Those dreaded pop up lights again....!

Got a little problem with the 400SE with the dreaded pop up lights again! Mine come up together no probs and the lights work correctly. When you turn them off the lights go off as they should but both pods stay up and I have to wind them down by hand. Done the usual stuff like check fuses and relays, the diodes seem all ok (Checked with an AVO)

Anyone had this problem and cured it?

Sounds like you may have a crusty connector somewhere, so the pod motors aren't seeing the signal to wind down.
If it was something like a stuck control relay, then as soon as the pods got to the bottom, they'd wind back up again...

Thanks for the advice looks like I will be busy over the weekend with the WD40!

Problem sorted Connector terminal at the 2 wire junction under the passenger side pod had corroded away and parted company.Well pleased so off out for a blat
