Hi chaps

I haven't seen any post about the Aston Martin race (but I haven't looked that carefully wink

Anyways. I'm lucky enough to be racing in a GT4 - so please do come and say hello. I believe the Aston Martin paddock is open to the public (we're not in main paddock but in Maison Blanche) and if anyone is a VIP guest then we'll definitely bump into each other.

Schedule is:
Thursday 14th June
10.30am – 11.15am Festival Aston Martin - Free Practice 1
11.55am – 12.40pm Festival Aston Martin - Free Practice 2
3.30pm – 4.30pm Festival Aston Martin - Qualifying 1

Saturday 16th June
10.15am – 11.00am Festival Aston Martin - Race

And then I can be found in hospitality, hopefully celebrating a win !

Heading down in the Mc on Wednesday on cruise control !

Fantastic livery!

I will be bringing my Dad down for his visit to the 24 hours. As a life long Aston Martin fan he is really looking forward to seeing the AM Festival.

We will definitely be heading down to the paddock either just after qualifying on Thursday or before the race on a Saturday morning.

I’ll keep an eye out for you around the car and say hello if you are around.

Best of luck in the race. It looks like there is going to be a big field which is great.

Now that is a great livery, second only to the Night and Day art car (sorry).

Look forward to seeing you all pre-AM Festival on Sat.

Aston website suggests there will be 2 Vulcans competing - can't wait to see those on track.

All the best for the race!

Have a great race and lets hope for dry conditions and no SC's etc. Will definitetly venture down that way his time, as always turned left on entry last time for some reason.

Love that livery and echo the excitement at seeing the Vulcans in anger.

Do you know how many cars are on the grid in total?

Congrats sir, living the dream. Good luck in the race and, although you may be busy, don't forget to stop for a moment and take note of the magic of what you're actually getting to do!

Hi all smile

I always said, I didn't want to go to Le Mans, unless I was racing and as a "good AM bronze driver" but a lack of £500k (min) it seemed unlikely that I'd ever get to race there. But the opportunity came up to do the Aston race and it's a once in a lifetime experience.

Def concerned about safety cars and red flags. I'm sharing Rik Breukers, who won the Daytona 24 this year in a Lambo, so we stand a really good chance of a nice result. Not sure if I want to start or finish. Taking the checker flag at Le Mans would be something special but also want to make sure I get an opportunity to race. Imagine it getting red flagged before I get to race !

There are 38 entries - 24 in our GT4 class
