Looking into getting a used Mini Challenge reports seem pretty favourable .
Any drivers of the 50 cars out there who can tell me what they think of them .

Picked one up in January with 21 miles on the clock have done 2000 in it.

Love it to bits, it is very hard but I like that and have the Nitrons set at 5 clicks front and 10 back. When I tested it they were at their softest so I could see the best case!!! I would recommend a test before you buy, which of course you couldn't when they were new. Hence me waiting.

It is quite devastating on b-roads, gives you much confidence pushing on. Entry and exit speeds though corners are scary and you can really feel the Diff working.

Any questions I'd be happy to answer.

I'm really intrigued by the Challenge, and one may replace the GP2. Although deep down, I think I'm hanging on to see what the GP3 will be like......

The challenge seems like a great package. However, I don't require practical car. So it could never replace my GP2.

I'm also awaiting GP3 details... Odds are it'll come with dct box.... I'm hoping it doesn't.

Might be bit of a wait for a GP3 as production of JCW ceases this month until at least March next year so can't see a Gp3 before then!

I wouldn’t call the Challenge practical! The Nitron’s are really hard-core, much more than the GP. As it was truly a limited track focused run, it could afford to be...

F56 has only just had its facelift so I would assume GP3 is 1/2 years away

Exactly my quandry - Might chop the GP2 in against a 4C in the meantime though - decisions!

Beat me to it, other half getting new JCW tomorrow which has 18" wheels and Dunlop rfl which not too keen on.
Thinking of getting a set of 17" inch team dynamics (challenge wheels) which are about £800 a set and fitting Michelin ps4s for better handling etc

Just done a bit of research (please anyone correct me if wrong) but the f56 Jcw should be fitted with 17x7.5 with 37 offset wheels and 215/45x17 tyres which comes in at about £1100.
The smaller brake calliper mcs would be 17x7 / 45 offset same tyres
