Work/job experiences at Aldi HQ (preferably in IT)

Hi,

Seen an IT job advertised via an agency that sounds like it’s at Aldi (location/perks etc are the same as listed on Aldi’s own site for other jobs)

Just wondered what the working environment is? I know the store workers are worked to the bone but is the culture the same at head office?

Totally different. I worked my way up from store assistant to store manager over a couple of years. The store consumed my life. Went to head office for various meetings with the area director or training and all the office workers (mainly attactive middle aged woman) had a very relaxed looking environment, Was quite a shock to see people working not under stress, banter flowing and various random conversations happening all over the office.
