Rear ‘clunking’ when turning
Discussion
What differential is fitted to the car?
AFAIK Porsche didn't offer limited slip as an official option until 2009, although aftermarket versions were available. Sometimes they can make a noise when the car is turning.
Otherwise you could be looking at drive shafts, internals or perhaps bushes.
If you jack up one rear corner of the car at a time and turn the wheel backwards and forwards by hand you may feel/hear any drivetrain issue.
