Try to not be a cock socket, just for a day. I dare you!
Just answering the question, no need to be such a kno8.Keep up at the back FFS

I understand your need to defend yourself against some of the slating you get here, I'm with on that, but not this, you really are being a knob now.

I've been a defender of RL on here many times because I just don't like the ganging up attitude that often prevails on PH and he is at least a real car enthusiast. But really Rambo back the f
k off on this one please.

Tell me whats wrong with my first reply to the question. A simple factual reply. I will respond accordingly to goading and abuse though so don't post abuse if you are a snowflake. Some people need to man up FFS

Gotta say I'm confused!
RL just said that he's known about it ages (as did i) & ordered one a while back. He bought the 570s specifically to get in his dealers good books & get an allocation.
Most people have known that there was going to be an LT version of the Sports Series for a good while now, recently we've known it was going to be called the 600LT. RL just said that he's known about it ages (as did i) & ordered one a while back. He bought the 570s specifically to get in his dealers good books & get an allocation.
Personally, that email from McLaren was the first time I've heard of 'The Edge'. A little confusion is understandable IMHO.
Some pictures of a disguised car here.
If the tail pipes are anything to go by, this is very good news. That may mean this will use a proper twin scroll turbo set up with the turbos located in the engine V... and simplify the intercooling by switching to lateral air to air intercoolers in the engine bay closer to the inlet manifolds instead of the two frontal air to liquid intercoolers used on all the other cars so far.
Is the engine even still based on the 3.8 or on the more recent 4.0 unit?
