Nothing new, Austin Powers had one years ago!!
A little concerning is the engine options, nothing above 102bhp. What happened to the 1.8t or the 130/150bhp diesel?
I wonder if the rigidity is just not up to a proper engine, or are they worried that the larger engined versions would cost too much and put them competing against higher end opposition.

(Still like the look though and almost bought a diesel one 18 months ago.)

Other than

2.0-litre 115 bhp, the latter being offered with a new six-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission.
Now, I'm not suggesting that this is adequate, mind! I drove the 2.0 115bhp Bora which the saleswoman told me was "sporty" - it was wnak.
