When do you get charged the non refundable admin fee and at what stage is it too late to cancel a lease application

Depends. Admin fee is normally taken before delivery, when its done is down to whoever you’ve gone through. It will usually be stipulated in your contract when too late is too late. If you can’t see, be honest and phone them, talking is usually the best way to solve these things and quickly discover your options.
