It’s my very lovely GF’s birthday towards the end of the month and one of the things I was thinking of getting her was a monthly delivery of gin/tonic. There seem to be a few advertised on Facebook. Any recommendations?

Yes, I know it’s probably not the most economical way of buying gin and mixers, but she’d get something nice every month for a year. I’m also a bit limited for getting out to do actual “shopping” at the moment (broken leg being rebuilt).

Failing a monthly gin club thing, any other gin-based birthday present suggestions? Anywhere particularly nice for a “gin experience” (is that even a thing?) or a tasting/“distil your own” trip? UK or abroad, but she is so busy at work (and looking after me and my idiot dog) a couple of days is about the maximum.

Adnams make your own gin is a good day out and Southwold a nice (but expensive) place to visit

Our offices resident gin expert/alcoholic recommends Craft Gin Club, bottle of gin, some tonics and related "nibbles". She pays £40 a month and thinks its good value.

She says she has a referral code as well. If interested PM me.

Craft Gin Club is pretty good.
Something new every month, every other month or quarterly.

Many of the distilleries do their own events/tours - Depends where you are based. The in-laws liked Bombay Sapphire near Andover. Make your own events are about. Not done one so no recommendations.

Not really sure what point you’re trying to make?

Thanks to those posters who’ve made suggestions, will have a bit more of a look at those.
