E46 M3 SMG - fuse problems

Hi all, just bought a 2005 E46 M3 SMG and have a cigarette lighter problem.
No power to USB adaptor when I plug one in - I've changed the fuse (No 47 20A) and replaced it with an LED fuse so I will know if it blows again. However replacing the fuse is not giving power to my USB adaptor so I guess I have an electrics problem. Would be interested in hearing if anyone has had the same problem. Worth mentioning that there's a Parrot MKi9200 fitted - so someone has fiddled with the wiring at some point. If the solution is that the car needs to visit an auto electrician I'd be interested in knowing of any recommendations in Central London - specifically SE1.
