Is this crash damage repair?

Corrosion repair maybe? What car and how old is it? Is that overspray on the plastic trim or just reflection?
To me the bits that have me thinking are..
Under the sound tape stuff the panel does look a different shade from where it drops away, plus there’s the number written in marker on the panel. Doubt they use marker pens over paint to identify panels at the factory. The seam sealer looks non factory. It’s inconsistent and a bit in the middle is missed.
All together looks fiddled with but maybe wrong as no expert! Also to be fair the underneath of my Porsche front hood doesn’t match the outside due factories skimping on the amount of paint they use on interior sections.

Thanks guys, car is a 2011 Fiesta. Never seen it before but all my previous cars have been pre 00s.
I have a 2005 Fiesta which I know the history of and it has exactly the same. It's factory applied. Edited to add a picture of my "crash damage"
