My cctv captured the same man filming and taking photos of the front of my house yesterday and today. Any ideas why? Precursor to burglary?
Perhaps.....is your house quite unique with regards to the styling? Maybe he likes it and is wanting something similarHave you recently had any sort of extension that you may not have applied for planning permission for?
I'm assuming the house isn't up for sale.
I can't really imagine burglars taking photos - it's hardly likely to be like oceans eleven type of heist....unless you are seriously well off and it shows

I don’t see where the ‘furtively’ part in the title comes into it. It sounds quite open to me.
Because the OP has literally used the word 'furtively' to describe how the bloke was acting. If it was quite open he'd probably have said 'man quite openly taking photos of front of my house'.Spumfry said:

Assuming the CCTV is visible I would probably take some comfort in that it is most likely something less sinister than burglary planning. Should it be that, I doubt their break and enter skills are highly competent however!
