Anybody got a copy of Jean-Baptise Reboul's La Cuisiniere Provencale?

My interest was piqued while reading the wikipedia page on Herbes De Provence.

Some time in the past I was going to get a copy buy was put off by a classical French chef purely on the basis that the 10's of books I already had would be a distilled and modern version.

Might be worth £20 to ad to the collection. I'm nearing 200 books now... getmecoat

I'm assuming its all in French.

I thought it might be an interesting curio rather than a go to recipe book. I have very few French books.

We're off to France on hols next week, I'm going to try and find a copy there.

Yes, its written in French. Its available on Amazon if you struggle to find a copy but I suspect its quite a popular reference book in France. Like I say, the French chef who worked for me had a copy kicking around and it was just about his only book.
