Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone knows if the 350SE multi spoke wheels will fit onto a standard 350i. I think the wheels were used on the limited run of 25 cars and are slightly different from the normal lattice pattern.

Also, does anyone have any good condition ones for sale, either singly or otherwise?

Many thanks in advance,

Dennis.

I thought that the 350SE body was identical to the 350, not based on the 400/450. Fairly sure that the wheels should fit. I seem to remember that RT had a stock of these wheels some while back - worth a call to him.

Paul.

I spoke to RT recently about SE wheels, apparently he bought all the spare ones from the factory, but sold them all on some time ago. I am looking to replace my very scabby wheels.
Body is standard 350 shape, standard wheels do fit.

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like these wheels will fit, given that I can find some.

If anyone does have any nestling away in the back of their garage somewhere, then please drop me an email as I would be interested in doing a deal with you. I don't even mind if its just a single one or if it needs reconditioning as it would allow me to make a set up over time.

Thanks again.

If you really want these wheels (they weren't overly popular at the time,I recall) cant't Richard put you in touch with whoever bought them? I've only ever seen them on the 350SE's, but would have thought that it would probably be just as cheap to get your own wheels refurb'ed. Failing that, there must be some standard 350 latice pattern wheels that came off the Tazzie racers, if you're only after 1 to replace a dinged wheel.

I run these on my wedge (series II 350i) and they fit with no problems and have the correct offset (23mm) Depending on what you're willing to pay or can exchange for some 5 spoke items, we could possibly do a deal? They will require a bit of refurb with brake dust pitting but no real corrosion or bending etc.
