Saab to Le Mans

Thought it was time I said hello here having been lurking for a couple of years. Currently have far too many Saabs (last count about 17, but most are c900s I am breaking). Two on the road at the moment, with one about to undergo a rebuild. Everyday hack is a 93 9000 CSE 2ltr N/A which makes a good tow car, weekend toy is a c900 Carlsson and the next project is my 99 Turbo.

Anyway, taking the Carly to Le Mans this year, any other PH Saabers going?

Me!!! Sven the Saab will be making his second trip to Le Mans this year. I'm having to buy roof bars to take a box as we have too many people and too much stuff to take!

I'll be in the middle of a house move around that time, so Saabine and I will have to pass. That, and Ishould of course have arranged accommodation and stuff like 10 months ago if I was serious about going. And my collegue (only three of us in the office) already has taken that week off every year to go to Le Mans himself, before I've even *thought* about it...

Unfortunately I won't be going to Le Mans but I'll be passing round it on Saturday at about 10am. Whats the traffic like when the event is on?
