Iris 2 - Apps

Hi all,

As an owner of a new (to me) 12C, I am struggling with the Maps within the Apps section of Iris, So far all I can see is a stubborn black screen with a few icons on the right hand side. I am connected to 4G via a Mifi hub.

Am I missing something?

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I just had my Iris 1 replaced under warranty to Iris 2 and this is exactly what’s happening to mine.

Just taken delivery of a new 570GT and the maps section of apps is a mystery to me too. Connected to the phone or my home WiFi, it is always blank except for the icons on the right ....

The browser works so it has an internet connection.

Perhaps another quirk to go with my "Horn Error", "Windscreen fluid error", Windows not going up, wheel wobble due to "flat spot", mysterious throttle not responding ...... bless hand built cars.
