Any commercial mortgage brokers on here?

Currently have an offer on an office accepted pending finance. The finance offer I received from the bank contradicts what I was led to believe during the interview with the bank and I'm not comfortable accepting it. Although the broker I've used has alternative options, tbh, I've not really been impressed with their level of urgency on the matter, given the time elapsed thus far.

Any brokers/ recommendations for good brokers I can call?
