Skoda / VW Finance VT - going to BCA

Hi All,
i am just about to fill my form in to VT my Skoda superb. i'm 31 months into a 42 month agreement, and getting out now for financial reasons - if i keep the car it'll cost me £4000 more, but i won;t have any equity, and i'll need to pay £600 for new tyres next month (they are just over the 2mm limit for VTing).

Does anyone know how long it'll take from sending back the form to it being inspected/collected by BCA?

Skoda said they'll contact BCA within 5 days, but whole process could take 6 weeks....

i was hoping to keep to end of june, but its a hassle to store it any longer as my new (to me) Audi 4.2 A6 has arrived
don't want to send it back too soon, but then don't want to get stuck with it.

just to update on this. i sent the forms back last week. skoda confirmed termination after 4 days, then got an email from BCA asking me to confirm when i'd like collection, so i've pencilled in next monday, which will give me time to get it valeted over the weekend.
so in short, looks like its possible to have it collected within 2 weeks from date forms returned.

Why are you getting it valeted? I'd have thought a wash and quick hoover out would suffice?

What terms were on the "form" that you presumably signed?

Where are you relative to having paid 50% of the total cost of the agreement?

Are you over the mileage if pro-rata'd

Have you checked the car for damage relative to BVRLA guidelines?

Take plenty oh photos on the day. Everything from every angle. IF they are going to push back for extra £££ it is usually on alloy wheel condition, scratches, parking dings, etc so make sure you have photos of them all and i'd also suggest photoing any scratches, marks or ding against a ruler.
