Ebay refund issue

Bought some jeans from ebay they didn't fit so I started a refund the seller seems to be refusing the delivery at first now not collecting from depot they were first attempted delivery on the 1st. What can I do? Any ideas?

Was it the sellers mistake that they didn't fit you? ( ie advertises as a 36 but were a 28)

It's an eBay shop. My fault bought 2 different sizes as it said I could return them

First tactic with eBay is always try and resolve direct with the seller, if that doesn't work just raise a case in the resolution centre.

Ask to exchange them? Both don't fit?

Mail order catalogues would work for you.

Yes they were

One pair fitted I had two leg lengths to decide on I kept one pair and paid for return postage
