In line resistor for 3.9V8 efi
Discussion
Hello,
Having trouble with the running of my Range Rover classic. Found the fault to be the 6.8k ohm resister which is sighted from the - on the coil wire running to the maf then to the ecu.
This is an obsolete part now but rimmer bros can get the after market version , but it's not expected until the 6th July which is too long to wait as I ordered 2 weeks ago.
I believe this part is fitted to all Rover V8's running the 14cux ecu system.
Can anyone recommend where I can get one from before hand?
Thanks
Ian

No idea where you'd get one from but this might be of interest if you haven't found it already:
