I've got to ask, what are you going to use it for?

E-bike are definitely a massive thing now so you're pretty much spoilt for choice.

I was a keen road cyclist 25 years ago, my fitness level is slightly above deceased hence I’m under no illusions however getting a slightly decent bike has to be a good thing.
Mainly road possibly a bit of green lane use I guess

Have a look at Pedelec forum and e-bike tips, some good advice and classifieds, have to say there are loads of e-bikes in that price range that would be much better value than that one!

Only thing with that BMW is that the motor is a "Brose"?
The Cube has a Bosch one which is I think the industry standard in quality.

Brose are an old German company that make OEM electric window and wiper motors for loads of different car manufacturers so not exactly chinesium.

I got myself and Mrs DS a pair of Cube Acid Hybrid Ones - Bosch, as you say. Absolutely brilliant - they're way up there in the "best things I have ever bought" list.

I've still got my normal full sus MTB but for actual "going for a ride to see stuff" you simply cannot beat an ebike. Yesterday I and the OH did 50 miles up hill and down dale, stopping off in pubs. No way you'd get her to do 10 miles on a normal bike.

If you like it buy it...simples

BUT

I would buy from a local shop if you can, ebikes have so much more to go wrong and parts can be difficult to get hold of , therefore decent support is worth a lot.

I know my local shop has a stream of people bringing in odd online ebikes, that are difficult to fix and get parts for.
