Subletting fees? From freeholder for an apartment

Hi all first hope this is posted in the right place.

I own an apartment and I have been sent a letter saying I need to pay £130 to record a new tenant and £65 after that to re sign each year, to sublet the property.

Does anyone know about this?

Also I found this online. Anyone know if this ruling is correct?

What does your lease say?

As above, check your lease to see what it says with regards to subletting. Fees aren't uncommon though.
