Mrs got a new ipl hair zapper and it has a list of what you can and can't zap. It had more restrictions for men than women and I was wondering why.

Lips (mouth)
Labia minora
Nipples iirc
Anus
Same with the obvious exception But men no beard use and no use on genitals but why?
