Would anyone know if you can get to all the cylinder head bolts with the cams in place?
I think I have a broken valve spring and would have liked to take the head off and taken it in for repair complete.

I'd be surprised if there is any multivalve engine where you can remove the heads as you're hoping.

If you think a spring is broken then surely you would take the cam off and have a look before going anywhere near removing the head.

No, you can't. You will need to remove the cams.

Also another thing to note, when you replace the cams torque them down exactly in sequence. I've seen 2 different people snap the cams by not doing it properly.
