It's normally all doom and gloom on forums, and in a world of increasingly rare customer service, I'd like to thank Martin and Mark at Bespoke for their professionalism. The Tuscan has been giving me a bit of gip with a misfire - unfortunately the team at Bespoke where I purchased from and my home are at opposite ends of the country! Having emailed them both this morning for advice, I get responses from both within 30 minutes, and an offer to re-imburse for parts 2 months after purchase. This leaves me very impressed.
A bit of a non story now its been typed out, but good service should be recognised in my view, so its worth the time. Cheers guys.
