Really???

Important notes:

1. You have to be a millionaire, ideally a multi-millionaire. Otherwise, please don't bid on this ''one of a kind'' secret gift.

2. Once the auction is finished, an immediate payment is needed. Item will be sent out the next working day and will reach the winner in fastest and safest way possible. Collection NOT available.

3. Unlike all other secret gift out there, this one actually contains items worth the million pound value.

4. We will ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Majority of Europe and Japan. International shipping takes around a week.

5. Bidders with no intention to complete the transaction or ''time wasters'' will be reported on all social network. This is a very serious transaction, please don't try if you don't want to pay.

If you don't mind getting a load of stuff that may have an rrp over a million, but that you mainly won't want go for it.

After all if it is a con you can probably pay someone to track them down and kill them for much less than that.

Why a scam? Looks legit, you get your £1m back in assets - say's so in the description! Wish I was a millionaire now as I'm really missing out!

They have a pretty good feedback score, of course looking at what they sell you probably get a warehouse full of tat in exchange.

I'd imagine the fun trying to get a £1,000,000 paypal reversal sorted, if it turned out not as described laugh

That's a whole lotta £3.15 "QUALITY MR MUSTACHE MOUSTACHE FUNKY CHARM CHAIN BRACELETS" which appears to be the kind of thing more normally sold by this chappie.

It's clearly total nonsense, but as a piece of PR to drive traffic to his Ebay shop I have to take my hat off to him.

I like the proving you are a multi-millionaire thing, he clearly isn't or he would understand that if you are you probably don't feel the need to prove it to anyone.

As said a fun way of generating traffic to his shop.

These "mystery box" listings have been on eBay since it was created, but I thought the prohibited it back in 2008, and is classed a prohibited item under the "Chance listings" policy - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/prohibited-re...

They are/were a good way to generate interest in other items the seller has for sale, and I used to run a few myself when I was selling DVDs - a mystery selection of 50 DVDs with a starting bid of 1p - it was usually the unsold titles that wouldn't sell for 99p, but bundle them together and they'd sell for £80-90!

I bet his "secret" is the inclusion of the artwork - designer watches, jewellery, etc - al cheap, someone has to design everything.
The "Artwork" will be some amateur tat that the artist has valued at around a million, without anyone else's input...

Rrp is nothing. Its meaningless, yet to some it can convey avalue. Take this intrnet post. The one you are reading now. I have decided to sell it, and I have decided its rrp is £1000.

Youve just read it for free. You are now £1000 better off. Well done but shhhhhh: dont tell everyone.

If you want more, pm me and well come to a financial arrangement. some of my posts have an rrp of £10,000!!!
