i am confused

Hi guys my vauxhall astra h 1.7cdti needs a pressure converter replacement the mechanic gave me the old part that he took out of my car it looks like this https://gyazo.com/d0954fc91322d426ea8d7d29214159ff but when i searched online to purchase the part the ones that look like that is for 1.3 and 1.9 my one is a 1.7cdti and the ones for the 1.7cdti look like this https://gyazo.com/3788709714f3c1f946a5649010c84605 they look different im confused lol

I can see how that must be confusing.

That's a boost control solenoid.

Go to Vauxhall, give them your reg or chassis number, buy part, job done.

or better still...read part number off your old one and simply buy the same one.

But as you didnt state there was a boost problem before you changed the turbo, the chances of this item being suddenly faulty after a new turbo...isnt likely.
Although it is a relatively common part to fail.
