I have had a glut of strawberries from the plot this year, 16lbs so far. I've shared some, made jam and frozen some (I know but...). So I thought I'd make some frozen strawberry yoghurt.

The trouble is online recipes vary enormously. Some have condensed milk, vodka (interesting), and even salt. Jamie Oliver's probably has olive oil.

I'm going with honey and maybe lemon juice with the yoghurt and strawberries, but what I don't know is in what proportions?

Any advice welcome. Thanks

Nick

I just freeze the whole strawberries and then when I want to make something frozen I just use a Vitamix (as it’s quite robust) and whizz them up with yoghurt and a little bit of sugar and add things to taste like a little lime. The great thing about this is you can make very small portions and play with the ingredients without committing yourself to a whole batch.
