Is there a guide / recommendation for what fire extinguishers I should have in my office?

600 sq ft ground floor, with a small kitchen (sink kettle toaster) a bank of four desks with computer equipment, a 19" equipment rack with server and big monitor screen. (yes we are rattling round like peas in a drum there's only 2 of us actually in the office!)

I assume something like a 2KG dry powder extinguisher near the kit and a fire blanket in the kitchen area?

CO2 extinguishers are also useful in an office environment, can leave less mess and have a more benign servicing regime.

We keep the ABC Powder ones for spray areas with flammable liquids.

Water mist extinguishers seem to be the thing now. Dry powder makes a heck of a mess.

Get a proper fire risk assessment. If all you have is electronics and furniture, I'd say all you need is CO2 and water.
