An AWD with adaptive cruise - What's out there?

Evening all,

I'm looking to replace my Company Passat with a 4x4/Soft roader, the problem is the Passat has adaptive cruise and I love it so don't really want to go without it.

At the moment I've been looking at XC60s and they seem perfect although finding one in budget with the adaptive cruise is a bit tricky.

The ideal spec is something diesel (25k miles pa), adaptive cruise, leather or half leather, heated front screen, tow bar, less than 60K miles, under £25k, reliable (so that rules out JLR).

Any suggestions?

From the above that QX50 would be my first port of call then the Ford Edge & finally the Sorento the last two are very close & spec may well swing it in the Kia's favour.
