agtlaw on here has been recommended numerous times. He is one of the few PH “experts” who actually does seem to know what he’s talking about.

I’ve never used him myself, but if I was potentially in the mire, I’d definitely give him a call. From what I’ve seen, he certainly won’t flower things up and is fairly straight talking, but I personally think that’s a good thing.

He isn’t based in the area you’ve requested (I think from memory he is possibly in/around Leeds), but he’s got to be worth an initial call and take it from there.
