Sorry - although Part 2 is probably the best gangster film ever made, the whole trilogy itself somehow (in my eyes) fails to eclipse Goodfellas.

I watched G1 and G2 for the first time last year and was suitably impressed.

Not comfortable viewing at times but, from what I've seen and read about Italian Americans and organised crime, true to life.
