I'm under the car doing lots of stuff and decided to check diff and gearbox levels. I know the BTR diff is hyper sensitive to oil grade, the recommended Mobil SHC 80W/140ID is no longer available, what are you good folk topping up with these days?

John Reid from Grantura Engineering recommended Morris Lodexol XFS 80W-140 after I had my diff rebuilt by him.

Aha, I was hoping for something I could buy for europarts or similar. I'm rebuilding in the next couple of days so don't have time to await delivery

The Redline one is available at euro but is not cheap. The product details make good reading.
