I am looking at buying an Abarth 595 Competizione (2013)

It has been SORN'd since October 2017 and in the last MOT it had an advisories for:

Front brake disc modified but not seriously weakened corroded on inner faces (3.5.1n)
Rear brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened corroded (3.5.1i)
Nearside Rear Shock absorber has a light misting of oil (2.7.3)
Offside Rear Shock absorber has a light misting of oil (2.7.3)

It has also only done 100 miles since October 2017 - so the car has been sitting.

It also failed last year for emissions:

'Exhaust emissions Lambda reading after 2nd fast idle outside specified limits (7.3.D.3)'

Is this anything to worry about? Owner states that the brakes have not been modified but I am unsure what 3.5.1n means.

Not a rare car so why not see what else is out there?

I had an earlier 500 Abarth and it was bloody hard on brakes, so maybe these aren't a million miles away from that - cost me a fortune on disks and pads. Great car, mind you.

Yes those points are an issue.

Budget for 2 x replacement shocks before the next MOT.

Budget for front and rear discs before the next MOT. I'd want to know what is meant by front discs 'Modified'. I've never heard of such a thing unless somebody else has gone to the effort of drilling them?!

I'd want to know what has been done to fix the emissions issue and I'd want an extended test drive to ensure any faults have been cleared.

I'd probably just buy a different one though unless this one is very cheap compared to others on the market.

Any reason why a 2013 model? The series 3 and 4 abarth comps (2014 onwards IIRC) came with 180bhp and a better turbo in general.
