Spotted M1 J39 southbound

On Saturday around noon, a silver (or grey?) Ultima and white Countach in convoy.

The Ultima had the old fashioned white and black number plates on.

Sounded great! Shame it was pissing down with rain.

Bet it was two of the Italian Replica Club lads enroute to Stoneleigh. The Lambo is a very nice replica.

You know, for a few secs I thought the Lambo was a replica, then assumed it must be real. It was badged as a 5000 qv I think.

It's the awesome sounding type! Sorry, can't recall the specs - the (very pleasant) lad who owns it bought it, rather than built it. It is indeed a stunning car - built to a very high spec.

Drew, I was noticing the silver dots around the headlight cover. Do you happen to know what method was used to attach the clear lense?

They look like hex socket head countersink in stainless. This is also what I would expect them to be if taking the bolt on route.
