1) Always check the weather before you set off with the roof down - yes I got caught out and both Miss Daisy and I were soaked.

2) traffic light Gp's are no fun anymore.

On the plus side, people dont mind moving out of the way when they see us coming. And I also learnt how to put the roof on in less than 30 seconds.

All Dad could do was laugh and bring me a towel to dry the seats off.

Claire - slowly drying out.

Yes it rained just a little bit. I looked a right chav driving in the pouring rain in my t-shirt and sunglasses on (they are prescription and couldnt get my other glasses out of my bag).

I had to pull into Bolton services to put the roof on..

No one takes me on anymore at the lights, no fair...

I find if you put a flying cap on, goggles and tally ho white scarf it lures them into a false sense of security and they think your a right jolly jobsworth and they will kill you of the lights.... BOOOOM then youve got them and there left standing feeling uterly embaressed(unless of course you stall it )

Cheers Di.

Roop and myself took Miss Daisy and his RS 500 out for a run the day after I got her and took some pics.

So its his handy work not mine.

I didnt know I was going to get her till the same morning that the guy came to pick my Vitara up..I was panicing for a good few hours incase he never showed.

I had 2 SJ's then moved onto Vitaras, now they have made way for the Chimaeara 450.

On a side note, I was following a Jimny and they had put spinners on it...I nearly cried with laughing.
