ECU testing companies?
Discussion
Hi
My old 1972 Merc 280se 3.5 V8 is playing silly whatsits and is overfuelling on cylinders 1,3,5,6 - it’s got the D Jetronic fuel injection system .
Have tried everything ( including pulling out trigger points ) , checking all wiring and sensors with an ohmeter , and now suspect the ECU .
Can anyone recommend a good ECU testing company please for a car of this age ?
Thanks

D-Jet is all discrete surface-mount components, so fairly straightforward. Porsche specialists will have most experience of it, I think, but also try talking to some Citroen specialists - injected DS and SM used it, too.Have tried everything ( including pulling out trigger points ) , checking all wiring and sensors with an ohmeter , and now suspect the ECU .
