What car ? 3 family hatchbacks

I’m getting a new car in the next few weeks and have got my list down to 3 possible contenders.

- Volkswagen Golf MK7 13 plate
- BMW 1 series F20 13 plate
-Ford Focus MK3.5 15 plate

My budget for the vehicle will be £10k and I want something with minimum depreciation. The more extras the better but this time round satnav is a must. I’d also love full heated leather seats. All these vehicles will be petrol as I don’t do the mileage for the diesel equivalent (I have noticed in some cases that the diesels are £2k cheaper than the petrol).

Is there any other cars I should consider ?

We looked at the bmw when our little one was under 1 and there wasn't much space in the back so we ruled it out.
