Transporter 102/140 6 Speed

Hello there,

I've been searching for a 140 6 Speed T5, I found one locally advertised as that and placed a deposit on it.

I'm waiting for the cambelt to be done but upon checking insurance quotes its being listed as a 102

It has the 6 Speed Gearbox which I thought was only available on the 140 models and above?

Does anyone have any info to confirm this? tried an HPI check but doesnt list power output.

I also was sure 6 speed box was 140. Someone could have swapped the box from a 5 speed but its very expensive as you need different drive shafts etc so hardly anyone does it. The engines don't really differ mechanically so you could always get it mapped if it feels lacking.
