Picked this up on Tuesday, after spending the last year driving an Audi Q3, and prior to that some cheap runabouts.

Firstly, the colour combination, after Estoril Blue it’s probably my last choice, looks awesome clean but it doesn’t last long.
Given it’s a lease through Mrs MRTs work I could only choose from stock vehicles, and as there were only black cars left I had little choice.

It’s the First time since 2014 I’ve had any type of performance at my disposal daily, I’m looking forward to learning the car.

It’s actually a shadow edition so everything is black, except the mirrors and blades on the bumper. Spec wise it’s got pro media, folding mirrors, heated memory seats and Pilot super sports, no runflat tyres here

Thanks for looking

Very nice, fancy one myself however I still think it's too small in the back for kids and their rediculous car seats.

Nice car. But as you said, black does it no favours. Love the red and orange ones ( Melbourne/Sunset? ).

Both my first choices of colour, Melbourne red with oyster leather would have been perfect.

Get this for the same price as a 320d saloon that I could have chosen a colour of my choice, however, I wanted something I’d enjoy driving not looking at

Nice bit of kit!

Just got one of those too. Love the thing to bits.

Quite happy with the colour, it's not a shadow edition mind but it has enough bits on it to keep me quiet.
Heated seats, pro nav, sport auto transmission, parking sensors, connected drive, Michelin PSS tyres, blacked out rear windows. Probably other options I can't remember on it too.
So far initial impressions of the car are really good, I'm actually amazed with the economy vs. my N54 based e90 335i. Practical, quick, looks cool, what's not to like? Oh it makes a nice noise too.

Great car - my M135i went back in May - replaced with a Leon Cupra 4Drive - in most respects a better car all round (traction, equipment, space, build quality, looks) but with none of the character of the BMW

Mines a 240 but can i join in the love?

Cracking little cars, mine is full old man spec. Grey with brown roof and brown leather completely devoid of any badges.

Spec is

Auto
Connected drive
Pro nav
Harmon Kardon
And roof that opens!

It’s clear this car is going to drive me insane, black is such a pig to keep.

I had the wheels off on Saturday to rectify the lack of cleaning before I picked it up, and to fit the centre caps correctly. They were lined up wrong and it was driving me nuts.

What can I say, it’s practical, quick, makes a nice noise and puts a smile on my face. All in a great little car.

Wrapping it isn’t a bad idea but as it’s a lease car through the wife’s work it’s money that I’m throwing away, both applying it then removing it

I’d love to mod it for some more Bhp but due to the above it’s a no go

Thanks Lee. It ticks a lot of boxes for me, except the colour it’s just a nightmare to keep.

I don’t have time to spend 3-4 hours per week every week keeping a car spotless so I’m going to have to learn to live with it. Snow foam once-twice per week and a thorough clean every other weekend until winter sets in

It's a lease car. Let the local Polish place wash it once a week and spend your time enjoying the drive.

This. All day long. Why on earth you'd consider anything else baffles me.
