First time out in Clubsport

I had my first time out in my 2-seater clubsport today at Rockingham (Bookatrack track day). It was great fun, but took a long time to start getting used to it. It all works very well, but took ages to work out that 2nd gear is not to the left and down!!

I was very restrained to get used to the car, but even so was faster than everything else I came across. Didn't get to play with a hugely be-winged XTR2 though!

In the afternoon there was a hug downpour, so changed to wets. Didn't get a proper go as people kept spinning off, but they have masses of grip. All a new experience for me.

There is loads more to go yet as I didn't lock up, under or oversteer, so I guess there is a lot more speed and later breaking to go.

All in all a great day and nothing broken.
