Just wondering if anyone can answer this...

I was driving East along a dual carriageway about 0.5-0.75 miles from leaving a roundabout. On the other side (usual crash barriers in the central reservation) of the dual carriageway (West bound), there was a mobile van parked at an angle on the grass verge back from the west bound carriageway.

My snooper did not go off for either Radar or Laser...

Do mobile camera vans monitor traffic in both directions on a dual carriageway?
What is the likelihood of the van monitoring traffic on the direction I was travelling?
Can vans monitor all four lanes of the carriageway?

Cheers,

Darty

Yes is answer

The operator just aims the gun where ever he pleases, a video camera linked up follows the guns every move or should do.

Can't remeber if it was lit or not, but no road signs and stretch of dual carriage way is 5 miles + in length before the next roundabout...
