Where are the Ts&Cs for the forum?

I posted earlier asking for sponsorship for a charity event and inviting the mods to delete if I'd inadvertently broken any rules. I'd already looked at the Ts and Cs for clauses prohibiting this and couldn't find any.
I duly received an email with the subject "Your topic has been removed" and going on to say "Sorry but rule 20".

To ensure you or people in your organisation have uninterrupted access to our content, your subscription contract shall automatically renew for 12 months on each anniversary of the Order Confirmation (“Renewal Date”) unless we receive prior notice of cancellation at least 60 days before the next Renewal Date.
20.2 Subject to the clause above we shall be entitled to increase the subscription fee with effect from each renewal date by an amount equal to the greater of 3% or the then current Retail Prices Index increase for the preceding 12 month period. the Rule of posting No. 20 states the following:-
You may not promote charity events; recruit for charitable donations, surveys or petitions; or seek votes for competitions without prior permission. Nor may you promote events without seeking prior approval through info@pistonheads.com.
